India’s Wilson Jones is the only unbeaten player in the World Amateur Billiards Championship now in progress at the great eastern Hotel . Jones will complete his engagements when he meets Hirjee on December 10 and 11 .
If Jones wins his last match he will emerge unbeaten champion but if he losses , it will bring Tom Cleary (Australia) , Leslie Driffield (England) and Hirjee (India ) back into the reckoning as each has sustained only one defeat . Although Hirjee has not displayed the form which won him the National title last year , his match against Jones is likely to be a star attraction .
